1. CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT - At Shenzhen, China [-]
Job Description:
Responsible for smooth, independently and efficient handling of accounting function of the company.
To act as custodian of the companies assets and hold accountability for effective functioning of accounting activity of the company
Finalization and drawing up financial statements.
Responsible for drawing up MIS which includes fortnightly/monthly/quarterly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, Cash flow statement.
Segment wise MIS to include cash flow and gross and net margins for each division
Handling routine tax matters, including taxes related forms.
Working capital management. This also includes fund position analysis on daily basis and weekly forecast of cash requirement
Inventory management
Reviewing payroll on monthly basis
Computation of payroll and disbursement
Liaison with internal business heads and other key personnel for smooth running of the accounts of the organisation
Liaison with bank managers and ensuring smooth operations.
Independently handling all vendors, their grievances & disputes if any.
Inter branch and Inter company reconciliations
Responsible for supervising overall Branch accounting, including consolidation of branch accounts and fund position of each centre
Extensive liaison with parent company
Extensive reporting on cash flows, fund flow, balance sheet, profit & loss account to JV Board and Parent company
Such other incidental and allied activities related to managing finance & accounts of the company
Profile
MUST be a bi-lingual
Team player
Working knowledge of MS office. Preferred if exposed to leading accounting software of PRC
Willing to travel
Sound working knowledge of local laws, viz., company law, income tax law, employee related laws, VAT, business tax etc
Reasonable exposure to FOREX inward & outward transactions
Reasonable exposure to International accounting and other financial transaction

Job Description:
To design effective HR strategies and recruitment plan according to the company business development, and recruit right candidates at an appropriate timing;
